About this role

Responsibilities

• Open and close the main reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times
• Greet and assist external visitors, including business partners, joint ventures, vendors, subcontractors, and the general public
• Manage a high-volume switchboard, fielding and directing calls across national and international offices with accuracy and professionalism
• Screen, assess, and route telephone and email inquiries, including questions and complaints, to appropriate departments and contacts
• Administer visitor security protocols, including sign-in/out procedures and the issuance and tracking of temporary access cards
