This role ensures smooth internal workflows by handling documentation, filing, and coordination between clinical staff, the billing team, and vendors while maintaining strict confidentiality. The Receptionist supports the Site Operations Manager by organizing office supplies and ensuring the efficient delivery of medical and financial correspondence.
