Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact at JLL's Bangkok offices, providing genuine hospitality and administrative support to clients, employees, and guests. This role involves managing visitor access, coordinating mail and courier services, handling phone inquiries, and supporting event logistics while maintaining high service standards. A key focus is ensuring safety and security by liaising with security teams and managing emergency response procedures as needed.
