Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact at Black & McDonald's Saskatoon office, managing front desk operations, switchboard duties, and visitor coordination. The role encompasses a wide range of clerical tasks including mail handling, supply ordering, meeting preparation, and basic accounts payable processing. Additionally, the position involves maintaining social media accounts, managing internal communications, and supporting employee onboarding and office events.
