The Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of Seaham Hall, ensuring every guest journey is seamless, personal, and infused with the warmth that defines the brand. This full-time role involves working closely with the Reception and Reservations teams to create memorable guest experiences. The position requires a professional who can work independently and as part of a team, handling early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays.
