Receptionist

This role is responsible for maintaining the reception and retail areas of the Spa while providing a positive and friendly attitude. The position involves assisting with scheduling, answering phones, and managing check-ins and check-outs for appointments. Additionally, the role includes serving limited F&B items in the Lounge and engaging in genuine interactions to provide the highest level of guest service.
