Receptionist

The Receptionist serves patients by greeting and assisting them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts. This role involves answering phone calls, checking patients in and out of the electronic medical record, and ensuring patient packets are complete. The position also requires reviewing medical orders to manage and expedite care, printing educational paperwork, and addressing patient questions or needs.
