Receptionist

This role serves as the first point of contact for the dealership, managing the multi-line telephone system, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate destinations. The position involves providing general administrative and clerical support while maintaining the reception area and ensuring staff movements are tracked. Additional duties include generating Carfax reports for pre-sale due diligence and assisting dealership management with various assigned tasks.
