As the Receptionist/Guest Ambassador at JLL in Stockholm, you serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners, ensuring professional reception services and administrative support. The role involves managing the telephone switchboard, coordinating conference room bookings, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Additionally, you will support event planning by coordinating with external service providers and distributing informational materials.
