The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the skilled nursing facility, managing all incoming communications and providing excellent customer service to visitors, families, and callers. The role involves greeting guests, directing inquiries to appropriate departments, and maintaining a professional and congenial atmosphere. This position also supports the Business Office Coordinator with administrative tasks and ensures the facility's screening system is properly utilized.
