Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for incoming customer communications and supports customer order processing and account management activities. The role handles incoming calls, supports order entry, responds to order status inquiries, maintains customer account information, and communicates with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely customer service. This position is performed on-site at the Champagne Metals facility and supports daily in-office operations. The role may also provide backup assistance for invoicing functions when needed.
