As the face of the practice, the Receptionist provides exceptional customer service by greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks such as cash handling and chart filling. This role supports the Front Office Staff in maintaining a clean and friendly waiting area while contributing to local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
