Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and community members at The Arc Ontario's main facility, creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring efficient front-desk and switchboard operations. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing incoming calls and messages, maintaining visitor records, and providing clerical support across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proficient in office technology, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
