The Receptionist greets and receives all internal and external customers while answering phone calls for the Support Services Center, ensuring the highest level of customer service. This role involves managing telephone switchboard operations, directing visitors, and maintaining conference room schedules. The position also handles mail services, supply orders, and voicemail updates to keep information current for Goodwill of North GA programs and events.
