Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

PTI is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and candidates while managing all aspects of the front desk reception area. The role provides comprehensive administrative support to Executive Management, including assistance with accounting and human resources functions. This position ensures a professional and organized environment through visitor management, mail coordination, and office supply maintenance.
