Recertification/Resident Coordinator

The Recertification/Resident Coordinator manages resident eligibility recertifications and coordinates unit inspections to ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and property standards. This role serves as a key liaison between residents, property management staff, and housing agencies, overseeing annual and interim recertifications while maintaining accurate resident files. The position supports the Property Management Team with leasing, waiting list support, and general resident assistance.
