Recognition Coordinator

The Recognition Coordinator supports the International Baccalaureate's efforts to improve the recognition of IB qualifications by maintaining strong relationships with university partners and ensuring timely transcript delivery. The role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving IT system queries, and managing data quality to facilitate a smooth transition for students from high school to university. Additionally, the coordinator will drive the adoption of electronic transcripts and support the development of new IT functionalities and recognition statements.
