About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Reconciliation & Reporting Integrity team at Citi. In this role, you will investigate discrepancies between reconciliation platforms and the general ledger to ensure data completeness and operational accuracy. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve complex issues, maintain issue tracking documentation, and contribute to the success of the department.

Responsibilities

Detect and analyze discrepancies between reconciliation platforms and general ledger
Investigate root causes of data inconsistencies and drive remediation efforts
Maintain comprehensive issue tracking documentation for internal and external review
Collaborate with other teams to achieve sub-function objectives
Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements
