Reconciliation Specialist

The Reconciliation and Investigation/Resolution Specialist at LemFi ensures the accuracy and completeness of financial records by reconciling transactions across general and sub-ledgers, bank accounts, and credit cards. This role involves identifying and resolving discrepancies, preparing financial reports, investigating unsettled transactions, and collaborating with auditors, customer service, and engineering teams to maintain operational efficiency. Working within a hybrid remote/office model, the specialist plays a critical part in supporting LemFi's platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, and credit services for the Global South.
