Reconditioning and Recall Manager

This role manages, writes, and tracks all reconditioning, PDI, and inventory recalls for new and used vehicles at AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad. The incumbent supervises a team of technicians and porters to ensure efficient processing, timely completion of recalls, and compliance with company standards. The position aims to increase used vehicle gross and after-sales internal gross by delivering high-quality, front-line ready vehicles.
