Reconditioning and Recall Manager

This role manages, writes, and tracks all reconditioning, PDI, and inventory recalls for new and used vehicles at AutoNation Ford Torrance. The incumbent supervises technicians and porters to ensure efficient processing, compliance, and achievement of turnaround targets while supporting sales and after-sales gross goals. The position involves coordinating with service and parts teams, conducting vehicle inspections, and managing vendor relationships to maintain high-quality standards.
