Reconstruction Superintendent

The Reconstruction Superintendent serves as the front-line sales and scoping representative for SERVPRO reconstruction opportunities, managing qualified leads from mitigation handoff through final invoicing. This role involves responding to property losses, documenting conditions, developing reconstruction scopes, and collaborating with homeowners and adjusters to convert opportunities into signed jobs. The position focuses on converting opportunities, establishing clear expectations, and managing scope revisions, supplements, and estimate changes.
