Record to Report Specialist

The Record to Report Specialist ensures an accurate, timely, and complete financial administration within Lely, managing key aspects of the Record to Report process including month-end closing, balance sheet and P&L management, intercompany reconciliation, and financial reporting. This role combines accounting expertise with a strong focus on process optimization, requiring the analysis of errors and risks to drive standardization and improvement in financial workflows. The specialist collaborates closely with internal finance teams and external auditors to maintain reliable financial data and effective cross-functional cooperation.
