Records Information & Document Management

This role is responsible for developing and overseeing document management strategies, tools, and processes to capture, store, and deliver organizational documents. The position serves as a technical administrator for the document management system, ensuring data integrity through quality assurance and biographical data management in the alumni/development database. The role also involves training staff, facilitating interdepartmental relations, and providing technical support for document management systems.
