Records Specialist

This bilingual Records Specialist position supports the Call Center by managing appointment requests, gathering client information, and scheduling appointments for Health Centers across the county. The role requires maintaining confidential patient data, updating records in the Health Management System, and providing excellent customer service to a diverse clientele. The incumbent will also handle referrals, process insurance information, and assist with emergency duties as needed.
