Under the supervision of Program Management, this role provides individualized support and assistance to REN members to help them set and achieve short- and long-term recovery goals. The position ensures all services align with the organization's philosophy and values while maintaining consistent service delivery standards. The role involves regular advisement, documentation, and collaboration with program management to enhance services and increase membership.
