Eliot Community Human Services
The Recovery Coach at Eliot will support adults with severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders in developing autonomy, self‑advocacy, and personal recovery strategies. Working within the Adult Community Clinical Services division, the coach collaborates with multidisciplinary staff to integrate client preferences into person‑centered treatment plans and promote hope and empowerment.
Eliot provides community-based services to more than 50,000 individuals and families throughout Massachusetts each year.
