Recovery Coach

The Recovery Coach works directly with residents in long-term residential treatment programs to support their recovery journey as a positive and healthy role model. This part-time position involves facilitating psychoeducational groups, assisting residents with problem-solving and coping skills, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. The role requires strong communication skills, adherence to confidentiality regulations, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
