changegrowlive.org

Change, Grow, Live (CGL) is a UK-based charity and social care organisation delivering community-focused health and recovery services for people affected by drug and alcohol dependency, mental-health issues, homelessness and offending. CGL provides treatment and support including harm reduction, structured rehabilitation, young-people and family services, housing and employment support, and criminal-justice interventions, working closely with NHS trusts, local authorities and the courts. It operates across England through local teams and co-produced, evidence-based programmes focused on person-centred recovery, wellbeing and social inclusion. Commissioners and partners rely on CGL for integrated, outcomes-driven care that helps people rebuild lives and reconnect with their communities.
