About this role
The Active Recovery Coordinator at Forward Leeds is a community-based role within Waythrough that supports people experiencing mental health, substance use, housing, or domestic abuse issues. The postholder will work to engage individuals into structured treatment and support them through assessment, treatment and aftercare to achieve sustained recovery. The role is based at Kirkgate, Leeds and involves working with partner organisations to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
