Recovery Coordinator

This role involves managing a caseload to provide person-centred support for individuals facing challenges with mental health, substance use, housing, or domestic abuse. The position requires delivering psychosocial interventions, conducting assessments, and coordinating with partner agencies to facilitate sustained recovery and harm reduction.
