The role involves building therapeutic relationships, providing harm reduction strategies, facilitating life skills programming, and coordinating community transitions. Workers assist with intake assessments, safety checks, and documentation while fostering a calm, recovery-positive environment.

Responsibilities

Build trusting, trauma-informed relationships with guests in recovery.
Facilitate recovery groups and life skills activities for stabilization.
Conduct suicide risk assessments and intake evaluations using standardized tools.
Coordinate community outings and facilitate referrals to treatment partners.
Maintain unit safety, perform wellness checks, and document guest progress.
