About this role
The Recovery Navigator at Waythrough supports people in Calderdale affected by substance use, mental health issues, housing or domestic abuse, providing person-centred recovery support within a large charity. This permanent role is part of an integrated, multi-agency team focused on improving health, wellbeing and long-term independence for service users.
