Recovery Specialist

The Recovery Specialist is responsible for resolving outstanding account balances through outbound and incoming calls, skip tracing debtors, and coordinating with insurance companies when necessary. This role requires effective negotiation and customer service skills to meet monthly production standards while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The specialist will manage work files, follow up on correspondence, and handle multiple computer systems simultaneously.
