Recovery Specialist

The Recovery Specialist provides mental health support and crisis intervention to clients in a community setting or Crisis Café model, utilizing the Recovery Model to build resilience and coping skills. This out-of-hours role operates seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, to empower individuals to safely manage their wellbeing. The position requires attending mandatory face-to-face training sessions and collaborating with partners to support client recovery goals.
