The Recovery Specialist provides direct support to individuals seeking recovery from Substance Use Disorders and collaborates with the team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the program. This role supports individuals in their recovery journey to recovery and wellness within a compassionate and individualized service environment. The position involves providing supportive care, conducting wellness checks, and facilitating activities under clinical guidance. The schedule for this position is Friday-Monday 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to individuals seeking recovery from Substance Use Disorders
Conduct wellness checks and document self-administration of medications
Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques during emergencies
