A Recovery Worker role within the Youth Community Living Support Services (YCLSS) program delivering community-based psychosocial support to young people aged 15–24 with serious mental illness. The position is a full-time, time-limited role based in Bella Vista NSW (contract to October 2026) focused on supporting recovery, reducing hospital admissions and helping participants stay connected to community, education and employment pathways. Wellways is a national, for-purpose mental health and disability support organisation.
