Recovery Worker

A Recovery Worker at Waythrough provides day-to-day support to tenants in supported housing, helping them improve their physical and mental wellbeing and live more independently. The role is based in Bishop Auckland and is part of a large mental health and social support charity formed from the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. It focuses on enabling tenants to access community services, education and employment opportunities while promoting tenancy sustainment and personal recovery.
