Recreation Assistant/Memory Care

The Recreation Assistant/Memory Care role involves planning, implementing, and coordinating recreation programs to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of residents. The position requires working under the general supervision of the Recreation Director and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive activity planning and documentation. The role also includes evaluating residents, utilizing community resources, and communicating behavioral changes. Some Saturday and evening shifts are required.
