Recreation & Leisure Operations Manager

The Recreation & Leisure Operations Manager provides day-to-day operational leadership and management support for Wai Kai's recreation programming and water-based activities, including Surf operations, Lagoon/Waterfront activities, and associated guest experiences. This role serves as a key operational leader responsible for supervising frontline teams, coordinating daily operations, supporting program development, and ensuring consistent execution of safety, service, and operational standards. Working closely with the Director of Recreation & Facilities, the Manager helps translate departmental strategy into daily operations while maintaining high-quality guest experiences and efficient team performance.
