You will coordinate and evaluate all recreational services, creating a vibrant community that promotes meaningful relationships, individual choice, and a sense of belonging for all residents. The role involves leading the direction of therapeutic recreation services, facilitating group and individualized programs, and collaborating with the care team to support resident-directed goals.
