The Recreation Therapy Aide at AgeCare supports therapeutic recreation services for residents by assisting in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of recreation programs. The role promotes AgeCare's guiding principles of Trust, Respect, Teamwork and Quality while supporting resident dignity and diversity. This position works closely with the Recreation Manager and other staff to maintain a person-centered leisure environment.
