Recreation Therapy Assistant

The Recreation Therapy Assistant supports the Recreation Manager and Recreation Therapists in planning, delivering, and evaluating therapeutic recreation programs for residents at Villa Marguerite Seniors Community Partnership and Spruce Wood Place. The role involves preparing program materials, maintaining attendance logs, monitoring resident participation, and ensuring safety and infection control standards. It also includes coordinating volunteers, documenting resident progress, and communicating with staff, families, and external partners.
