Rite of Passage
The Recreational Manager will work within the Student Services Department to design and deliver daily recreational and leisure activities that are physically challenging, educational, and constructive for high‑risk male youth ages 14 to 18. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the role focuses on creating a positive, safe, and supportive environment while leading staff and fostering positive attitudes among students.
