Colorado PACE
The Recreational Therapist will develop, plan, organize, and direct activity and recreation programs for participants in the Colorado PACE program, ensuring alignment with state and CMS guidelines. Working full‑time in Aurora, CO, the role involves assessing participant needs, creating monthly activity calendars, and delivering both group and one‑on‑one therapeutic activities to support the physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being of frail elderly individuals.
