Recreational Therapist

The Recreational Therapist provides therapeutic social, recreational, and diversional events for participants while conducting individual assessments to identify interests and needs. This role involves developing and implementing appropriate activities, participating in interdisciplinary care planning, and coordinating recreation documentation. The position also includes assisting with the training and supervision of volunteers and leading facility-wide events to support older adults in living active, independent lives.
