Recreational Therapy Assistant (S)

Broughton Hospital is seeking a full-time Recreational Therapy Assistant to support Recreational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans through structured therapeutic interventions. The role involves independently monitoring clients during prescribed activities, documenting daily responses, and reporting observations to the treatment team to promote safe and effective therapeutic engagement. This position plays a key role in the western thirty-seven counties of North Carolina as part of the state's system of care for persons with mental illness.
