About this role

The Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator supports the Native American Center for Health Professions in improving recruitment, retention, and graduation rates for health professions students within Tribal communities. This grant-funded role coordinates tribal clinic rotations, manages faculty and student engagement, and facilitates community-academic partnerships across Wisconsin. The position involves leading outreach programs, developing curriculum content, and maintaining tracking of recruitment and retention metrics.
