Recruiter and HR Assistant

PAI is seeking a Recruiter and HR Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for the HR department and manage the recruitment pipeline for Direct Support Professionals and other roles. This position involves overseeing the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating onboarding and maintaining compliance records. The role also includes supporting HR administration, benefits enrollment, and general office operations to ensure smooth staffing and employee management.
