The Recruiter - Electrical will support the Electrical Division and People & Culture team by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building candidate pipelines, and promoting the employer brand. This role partners with business leaders to understand hiring needs, sources both active and passive talent, and ensures a positive candidate experience while analyzing recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.
